Free Worldwide Shipping:
We offer Free Shipping Nationwide. Orders are fulfilled via UPS, DHL & FEDEX Express depending on the fastest route possible. We can ship to most countries around the world. 

Customs duties:
The cost of customs duties fees will vary depending on the value of your order and your local customs laws. This information will be displayed in the shipping section during checkout. This will allow you to make an informed decision on the best way to receive your order. 

Shipping Times:
After placing your order, you'll quickly receive an email with an order confirmation, containing your unique order number. Our warehouse team will then pack and prepare your order, typically shipping it out the the next business day, although it may take up to 3 business days in certain cases. Please be aware that during peak sale periods, order dispatch times may be extended to 3-4 business days due to exceptionally high order volumes (such as busy sale periods). It's important to note that the estimated shipping time provided below does not reflect the order duration of the order process; rather, it begins once your order has been dispatched.

United States & Canada: 4-8 business days. 
Australia: 3-7 business days
Rest of the world: 5-10 business days. 

There may be slightly longer shipping times for remote areas or areas outside major cities.

We currently ship from Queensland, Australia, or directly from our international warehouses located in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.

Cancelling or Changing an order:
Once you have completed your order, it will be shipped as is.

If you had proceeded to place an order and went through the entire checkout process, confirmed and paid for your order, there is a high chance that we will be unable to cancel or change it. This is due to our system of sending your order details directly to our fulfilment partners for packing, picking and dispatching. This system ensures that our orders are delivered to customers as soon as possible.

We cannot cancel your order or issue you a refund if you decided to change your mind after the order has been processed and in transit to you. Refunds will not be issued unless the return items have been sent back to the return address in its original condition, undamaged with no alterations and with all the accessories that it came with. 

In any case in which you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately and we will do our absolute best to proceed with your request. However, please be aware that during some periods, we experience high volumes of orders and customer enquiries, so your order may have already been packed and shipped out before we were able attend to your request.
